Dear God,

Wow. You are truly and incomparably awesome. Boy, is that an understatement! Every time the seams of my life start to unravel, You are there, guiding me through and patching me up. You take the little broken pieces of my life and glue them back together, and turn them into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! You walk with me through the valley. Better than that, You carry me through the valley. You lift me up on your shoulders so I can enjoy the view. I really don’t deserve any of this. I really don’t. I screw up all the time, yet You still love me with and everlasting love. I can’t begin to understand the depths of Your love, the heights of Your grace, and the span of Your mercy. Why You sent Your Son to the earth to die for MY sins. Everything I’ve ever done, said, or thought was placed upon You on the cross. Thank You Lord. Thank You so much. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude to You. God, please help me, because I need it. I can’t make it on my own, even though I act like I can. Forgive me. Renew me. Restore me. Consume me. “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalms 23:4
