Clouds
Tuesday night while I was eating my dinner (Chick-fil-a!) in the car, I looked up at the sky as I normally do. This time was different. For the first time, I noticed the clouds. I know you're thinking, "Duh, Landis! Clouds do tend to be in the sky." But that's not what I mean. I mean I was conscious of how beautiful and intricate clouds really are.
The contrast between the blue of the sky and the stark white of the clouds is striking,
the shapes and designs they create are ingenious,
and their soft fluffiness reminds me that my God is a wonderful God.
He delights himself in inspiring awe in me and putting his signature on everything He created. Never rush through life to busy to noticed the beauty in the small things... like clouds.
